RoofFlow removes enquiry records after 365 days. The roofing business may separately retain quote, job, or accounting records when required for its work or legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can reply to any enquiry email, use its stop-follow-up link, or contact the roofing business to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
